How to place an order?

Once you are approved for a wholesale account, you can start placing orders.

We offer 4 ways of placing orders, take a look below to see what they are:

One of the easiest ways to order products with us is by going to our website, www.finessedecor.com, picking your products, adding them to your cart, and checking out. To do this, you will need to follow the steps below:

1. Open your browser and navigate to www.finessedecor.com

2. On the top right hand, click on "Login / Sign up" → a window will pop up on your screen. Enter your credentials, and click "Login".

3. Navigate to the products that you want to purchase, select the number of units you desire and click add to cart.

4. When you are done adding all the products to your cart, go to the top right-hand of the page, and click on the small bag. → Click check out

5. Enter your shipping information and select what shipping method you want your items to be shipped. 

6. Enter your billing information

7. Click "Place order" at the bottom of the page

 And that's it!  We have your order and it will ship the same day if placed before 2 pm, or the next business day, if placed after.

You can send us an email at orders@finessedecor.com with the items you wish to purchase.

Stay tuned for a reply from our orders team, they will confirm the availability of your order, send you a payment link if needed, and confirm your order.

Once you receive confirmation, your order is officially placed, and you can pick up if your order is paid, or if you have credit terms.

You can also call our office at 954-744-8757 and ask one of our experts to help you place the order. They will confirm availability, and whether you want to pick up or ship your order. Our experts will also be able to charge a card on file or you can simply pay when you pick up your merchandise.
