What to do if your product arrived damaged?

Damaged products upon receipt

We stand behind our product and will make sure you receive items that are in excellent condition.

If your product(s) arrived with broken parts, we will replace them at a $0 cost to you, even if these need to be shipped. In order to qualify for free replacement of parts under this option all of the criteria below need to be true:

  • You received the item less than 7 days ago
  • You have images of the damages
If the above is true, then you qualify to receive free replacement parts. In order to claim, please follow the steps below:
  1. Send an email to customercare@finessedecor.com or submit a ticket at the bottom of this page by clicking where it says "contact us". Please make sure to include your order number and an image of the damages.
  2. Our team will review your ticket or email, and if parts are available, we will ship them out. If there aren't any parts available to resolve your issue, we will replace the entire item.

Please make sure to claim this within 7 days of receiving your product! After 7 days a warranty claim will have to be created.
